Authors Guidelines

Guidelines and Instructions to Authors

Publishing Press has designed some important guidelines and instructions to authors to avoid delay in the process:

Manuscript includes: Title, Author(s) details with affiliations and credentials, Abstract, List of abbreviations & keywords, Introduction, Main body/ Methods, Results & Discussions, Conclusions, References, Tables and figures, Conflicts of interest statement, Acknowledgments, Funding details, Patient consent statement (if any), Supplementary information (if any).

Guidelines & Instructions

File format: Manuscript files can be in the following formats: DOC or PDF. Microsoft Word documents should not be locked or protected.

Length: Manuscripts can be any length. There are no restrictions on word count, number of figures, tables, etc.

Font: Standard font: Times New Roman & Font size: 12.

Headings: Please make sure heading levels are clearly indicated in the manuscript text.

Language: Manuscripts must be submitted in English.

Reference style: Publishing Press uses “AMA (American Medical Association)” styling for citations.


  • Items are listed numerically in the order they are cited in the text.
  • Include up to 6 authors.
  • For more than six, provide the names of the first three authors and then add et al.
  • If there is no author, start with the title.

Conflicts of interest: COI is required if more than two authors are involved. Authors are requested to fill the ICMJE Conflicts of interest form ( and send it to us along with the submission.

Patient consent: Did the authors obtain written informed consent from the patient for submission of this manuscript for publication? Yes/No.

Discount/waiver policy: Publishing Press considers discounts/waivers to authors from developing and transitional countries who lack the funds to cover publication fees.

Rejection policy:

  • If manuscript found plagiarized or already published immediate rejection by the Editorial office.
  • Double blinded peer review with respect to referees comments – decision depends on the EIC/Editorial board members decision.

Retraction policy: It is applicable ONLY for the manuscripts which are under Article in Press along with a minimal amount of compensation (25% of the article processing charge confirmed) to cover our editorial costs.

Copyright policy: Manuscripts published under Publishing Press are entirely open access and unrestricted towards the literature on the Internet without any subscription or price barriers comes under Creative Commons Attribution License.
